Working Group of the Consejo General of the Legal Profession
El Consejo General de la Abogacía Española, five months before the full application of the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), anticipating the legal obligation and in order to promote the adaptation of the new regulation of the Institution and to be an example and a reference for the profession , made the decision in January 2018 to appoint, by agreement of the Permanent Commission, José Luis Piñar Mañas as Delegate of Data Protection and a working group on this matter.
