About the Resources and Ethics Commission
This Commission has as an essential function the exercise of the professional disciplinary power in the area of competence that is attributed to it, therefore it is responsible for examining, reviewing and resolving the appeals that are filed against the agreements adopted in disciplinary matters by the Boards of Government of those Bar Associations whose review is subject to the competence of the Consejo General.
