Member of the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (APEP), the Spanish Association of Health Law (AEDS) and the Spanish Association for the Promotion of Information Security (ISMS Forum). Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master's Degree in Health Law and Master's Degree in Data Protection, Transparency and Access to Information, both from the San Pablo-CEU University.
From its Digital Law Area, it coordinates a multidisciplinary team, DPO Department, whose purpose is to attend, in an effective and specialized manner, to the needs generated as a result of the evolution of new technologies and compliance with the aforementioned regulations, taking into account the speed with which changes in this matter occur and the consequent legislative modifications whose purpose is to safeguard the rights of citizens, as well as the impact that these changes may have on the school sector.
