Registro Telemático (Regtel)
Transport Service for RedAbogacía for Professional Associations that allows the digitization of the documentary entry and exit record through a process of sealing and electronic signature. It facilitates the management and location of the documents that are presented in the College registry.
Regtel has the objective of digitizing the traditional registration process for documents received and sent, guaranteeing agility, security and efficiency, both in the registration process and in its subsequent use.
Thanks to this service, you can dispense with most paper documents (letters or official documents), work with electronic originals and automatically file them in a document manager, allowing their location, access and subsequent management.
* Law 56/2007 on Measures to Promote the Information Society understands by electronic document information of any nature in electronic form, archived in an electronic medium according to a specific format and capable of identification and differentiated treatment and that can support public documents, because they are electronically signed by officials who have legally attributed the power to give public, judicial, notarial or administrative faith, provided that they act within the scope of their competences with the requirements demanded by the Law in each case, to the documents issued and signed electronically by public officials or employees in the exercise of their public functions, in accordance with their specific legislation and private documents.
