To comply with Law 39/2015, of October 1, 2015 on Common Administrative Procedure (LPAC) and taking a further step in the digital transformation of colegios y consejos, the technological tools necessary to cover the complete life cycle of the processing of files in electronic format are made available to you.

This system allows to carry out digitally from the initial request to the notification of the resolution and closure, going through all the intermediate procedures, with their corresponding internal tasks and interactions with third parties. It is not necessary to resort to paper at any point in the process. The technological solution is based on four interrelated modules:

Electronic Headquarters of the Legal Profession

Web portal open to members and citizens in general that provides access to online procedures offered by the school or council.

Electronic File Processing System (EXEA)

Platform for electronic processing of files with wide functionality and in accordance with Law 39/2015 and the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI). It is a file processing tool based on BPM (Business Process Management) technology, customized for the Legal Profession.

Electronic Notifications System (SINTRA)

System that manages electronic communications and notifications to third parties registering reliable electronic evidence. Integrable with management systems (to issue notifications) and with Electronic Headquarters (so that the recipient receives them).

Electronic Registry (eREGTEL)

Document entry and exit registration system with support for both physical and electronic documents. In order to provide legal certainty and reliable character to the entry and exit of electronic documents, it is necessary to have an Electronic Registry that records the documentation presented and sent. The system provides the interested party who presents a documentation entry through the headquarters, an electronic receipt of the presentation.
