Since 2014 the Foundation Abogacía Española organizes in the headquarters of the Bar Associations throughout Spain conferences for lawyers in order to extend the use of a human rights approach in legal assistance to unprotected groups in the judicial process.

• People with disabilities before legal proceedings. The standards of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
• Legal action in the detection and defense of victims of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Legal action against torture and mistreatment, inhuman or degrading.
• Legal action in the international protection of refugees in Spain.
• Abusive clauses, foreclosures and the right to housing.
• Hate crimes and discrimination in Spain.
• The best interests of the minor and the adequate protection of their rights.
