Appointment with training and discussion

Aula Abogacía became a place for reflection and a unique opportunity to catch up on the latest legal news and the latest legal reforms. With a program divided into six itineraries, it featured more than 80 top-level speakers. At the inauguration, Miquel Roca Junyent urged lawyers to become leaders of change.

Pros and cons of the Trans Law project

In the opinion of the jurist Altamira Gonzalo, this project threatens the rights of women and minors, which would be left unprotected, and endangers parental authority and freedom of expression. For Isaac Guijarro, co-founder of Olympe Abogados, the processing of the new law has been accompanied by a series of hoaxes that they try to make believe that this rule jeopardizes consolidated rights, when all it does is reinforce them.
