XXII Advocacy Human Rights Awards: access to health for all as an inalienable goal

The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has completely changed our vision of the world during 2020. For this reason, the XXII Human Rights Awards of the Advocacy recognize the fight to alleviate this health crisis and to tear down all the barriers that they put in danger one of humanity's most valuable assets. The director of the WHO, Tedros Adhanom, the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) and the National Center for Biotechnology (CNB), the photojournalist Jesús Blasco de Avellaneda and Elena Arce, winner of the “Nacho de la Mata” Award, received in within the framework of the Annual Conference of the Legal Profession, the awards that value their commitment to health and to society.

The need to establish human rights protection in pandemic management
