Manuel Fernandez Condearena

He is a partner at Deloitte Legal, where he directs the two initiatives to transform the legal function: Legal Management Consulting, focused on transforming the legal advice of its clients, and Legal Managed Services, focused on transforming the delivery of legal services into form of managed legal services.

Graduated in Law from the University of Deusto, specializing in economics, he has more than twenty years of experience in providing legal advice to clients in the commercial field. He began his professional career in a national law firm, later joining a global services firm. In 2012 he joined Deloitte Legal, where he is currently a consultant for the transformation of the legal function, integrated into a multidisciplinary team made up of lawyers, consultants, engineers and specialists in processes, risks and technology for the legal sector.

Philip HerreraPhilip Herrera

Graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands and with a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession awarded by the Open University of Catalonia, he currently holds the position of practicing lawyer with specialization in digital business, cybercrimes and data protection. In addition, he serves as a consultant specialized in Legaltech solutions and in the digital transformation of legal offices and departments.

At the same time, he works as a teacher in various subjects related to technological law, legal innovation, Legaltech and digital transformation. Her experience spans both legal practice and teaching, thereby contributing to the development and understanding of these fields.

In his role as Managing Partner at AB Legal, Alternative Law Firm, and as CEO of the legal portal A Definitivas, has consolidated his position as an expert in the legal and digital business field. In addition, he is co-author of the work “Legal Guide for a Startup” published by Sepin.

George Morell

Graduated in Law from the Universitat de les Illes Balears, specialized in Internet Law for Business from the UOC-UIB, Master in Public Contracting from Deusto and co-organizer of the first Congress on Legaltech in Spain in 2017.

Almost 10 years providing legal services, both in the public and private sectors, in the field of Technology Law.
