Objective
The recent publication of Organic Law 1/2025, on measures regarding the efficiency of the Public Service of Justice, introduces changes in the way we relate as legal professionals with the administration of Justice. These innovations must be known first-hand by the legal profession in order to apply them with the greatest rigor and use them to the benefit of the right of defense of their client.
For this reason, the Consejo General has prepared a training cycle of an eminently practical nature to support professionals in their ongoing training and, in this case, to learn about the changes and new features introduced by this regulation.
The cycle will last 18 hours, divided into three-hour sessions of training and eminently practical debate for professional practice, which will be divided into the use, knowledge and function of the MASC as a requirement for procedural admissibility and, on the other hand, the different procedural reforms suffered in the different jurisdictional orders will be discussed.
Recipients
The training cycle is aimed at legal professionals who wish to learn first-hand about the different methods for resolving disputes and their different forms of accreditation before courts or procedural modifications in different areas.
The cycle will be open to justice professionals from different fields.
Mode
The day will be a mixed model: in-person and online.
The sessions will be held in the Auditorium of the Consejo General of the Spanish Bar Association and will be held via streaming for people who cannot attend in person.
The sessions will be recorded and made available to those who register so that they can watch them later, at other times, ensuring a balance between family and personal life.
Certificate
People who attend the course, whether in person or via streaming, will be issued a certificate of attendance.
