Following the success of the first edition, with more than 13.000 registered users, we have seen that not only legal professionals but all types of legal professionals are interested in the legal changes introduced.

In this second edition, we will specifically analyze those aspects or topics that remained to be explored in depth or included, and shed light on them from different legal perspectives. For this reason, we will once again analyze the ADRs and their scope from the perspective of the Communities with jurisdiction over justice, the applicable ethical confidentiality, the formalization of the agreement, and the courts of first instance. We will study these concepts from the perspective of the various judicial authorities so that highly innovative concepts in this legal field can be analyzed and defined.
