REGISTRATION FORM AS A COLLABORATOR IN THE SPANISH ABOGACY FOUNDATION
In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed: all personal data provided by you will be subject to automated and non-automated processing in the COLLABORATORS FILE owned by the ABOGACÍA FOUNDATION, whose purpose is the MANAGEMENT OF COLLABORATING RELATIONSHIPS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL PERSONS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION NEWSLETTERS AND EVENTS OF THE FOUNDATION.
All the data requested in the form are a mandatory response since, otherwise, YOUR REGISTRATION AS A COLLABORATOR will not be able to be processed. Your data will not be transferred.
Likewise, your data will be subject to automated and non-automated processing in the ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT file owned by the FOUNDATION, whose purpose is the organization of economic and accounting management in compliance with tax regulations, billing management, collection management and payments derived from your registration and activity of the FOUNDATION.
The person in charge of the files is the FOUNDATION OF CONSEJO GENERAL OF THE ABOGACÍA ESPAÑOLA with address at Paseo de Recoletos 13, 28004 - Madrid. The interested party may revoke their consent and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition before the aforementioned person responsible for the file and at the indicated address. To do this, you can go by post, accompanying your request with a copy of the DNI or by email signed with a digital certificate in order to prove your identity to fundacion@fundacionabogacia.org
